In 2004 the group met regularly on Thursdays in the Brigend Theatre, Dumfries. The membership rose to around 15. Sessions revolved around drama "games" and training as well as preparations for performances.
In March 2004, the group performed at SensAbility (the successor to Ability Day) This time their performance was "Telling Our Stories" a linked set of improvisations which considered the "good" and "bad" ways that people interact in social situations such as cafes and taxis, and challenging attitudes to disability in the process. The performance lasted a good fifteen minutes to a packed audience.
In October 2004 ABC took another great step. Receiving funding from Gaelforce, they took part in the first funded performance of PIGLET! This was an all singing, all dancing parody of Shakespeare's famous tragedy Hamlet, performed to sell out audiences at the Brigend Theatre as part of the 2004 Gaelforce Festival. It was seriously hard work, but Cally adapted the script perfectly to suit the individual group members and everyone pulled together to achieve a creditable result.
During 2004 the backbone of drama training through games continued, with improvisation proving very popular. The group also undertook several short film projects: King Lear's Choices continued the Shakespearan themes, while advocacy piece Video Firsts dealt with social inclusion and bullying issues.
